Healthwatch Isles of Scilly is a non-profit company set up and run by local volunteers.
We have a Board of Directors and a wide local membership. We are an independent organisation, accountable mainly to its members and the wider community for what we do. Funding is by grant from the Council of the Isles of Scilly with money it receives from the government.
Healthwatch England and the local Healthwatch network were established under the Health and Social Care Act 2012.
